Who Can Benefit From Strength Coaching?

There is one answer to this question: Everyone!

Ok, everyone? Well yes, especially anyone who is looking to learn more about themselves, finds themselves in any type of life transition, and/or just needs some guidance and some bigger life questions answered.

Coaching has helped people:

  • Decide on their careers

  • Understand their work style

  • Gain insight as to why they are hitting roadblocks on their journey

  • Improve their personal and professional relationships and communication

I took up a strengths coach when I was going through a heavy transition in my life and frankly, I would have welcomed the information I learned about myself, transition or no transition.

And the greatest part?? It is now ingrained into the way I think about myself and see the world. So much so, that my strengths are the foundation I can continue to fall back on and not feel lost. I have the tools within me, I just have to do a little practice to figure out which tool is going to open the next door.

Coaching does have the power to be especially helpful during certain stages in life, for example, when deciding what to major in, deciding what college or university to attend, accepting a new job offer, or getting let go of a job, when you don’t feel fulfilled at work, entering into a new relationship, when you don’t feel fulfilled by your current relationship or even have experienced a tragedy, just to name a few. We can tailor the coaching process to be whatever you want it to be. We can focus on strengths in general or we can dive into the problem or decision you are facing.

Do you know someone who could benefit from strength coaching? The best way I have found to get others, especially others I love on board is to take an interest in the service or product personally, and then I can speak from my personal opinion about my experience. Come and try it for yourself! Strength coaching never hurt anyone, it has only helped.
